Products will be dispatched in a maximum of 5 business days. Returns are acceptable within 30 days of delivery only.
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order, to be intimated by phone, Whatsapp or email, and will only be accepted if your order hasn't been shipped.
We can also do minor alterations and customizations. You need to call us or write to us on the above mentioned phone number or email, giving us clear and detailed instructions about how we can make your product better.
THIS SERVICE IS CHARGEABLE. Our customer service executive will inform you the total cost and payment method prior to making the alterations and take a confirmation from you.
Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for any customized order. A product is eligible for exchange/return only if it is a standard product.
